Nang Gin Kui Pop-Up @ Feinkost Kaefer 2017
For the 3rd time since 2015 we have been invited to cook up our 12 course set menu in collaboration with the amazing kitchen and service team at this esteem establishment! We brought with us roughly 60 kg of special ingredients from Thailand and ordered meat, vegetables and fruits locally. The planning started months back and the preparation of the menu, the decoration of the guest room as well as the development of the evenings went as smooth as each previous year. A big thanks to the wonderful Kaefer team and everybody's support throughout!!
